Wow, What an exciting day! It’s Women’s Equality Day, a day to celebrate the passage of the 19th Admendment to the US constitution.
It’s also the day I had my first live interview on Zoom and Facebook. What a pleasure to have the opportunity to talk about my show ‘The Right to Vote” at the Vulcan Muse Gallery.
Should an interview like this happen to you, I advise you to check and see what you will look like in Zoom and what the background will show. Plan the scene..Then watch a TED talk on how to speak in public. Also, try reading the book called “I’d Rather Be in the Studio”, especially the part on giving artist talks… Do 1oo jumping jacks and you will be ready! Good luck on your next artist interview!
