Eleanor Roosevelt helped create and support the Universal Declaration of Human Rights….with ” universal respect for, and observance of, human rights and fundamental freedoms for all without distinction as to race, sex, language, or religion.”

This painting was inspired by her creation of the three day Cherry Blossom festival in Washington Dc. She gave a sunrise talk to open the festival.
