“Winter,” encaustic mixed media, 14″‘x42″
This artwork looks on how Global Warming has changed our winters. A child of long ago stands in an ideal winter. The weather is cold, snow sits on the ground, and trees have lost their leaves. On the far right and left, we see the winter of today. The sun has melt all of the snow and a skier holds skis that no longer can be used.
